''Bucculatrix franseriae'' is a moth in the Bucculatricidae family. It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Arizona and California. The wingspan is about 8 mm. The forewings are whitish, the scales minutely tipped with very pale grey. The markings are formed by black-tipped scales. The hindwings are pale greyish white.
